On Friday, February 14, Chef de Cuisine Robert Adam will take you on an evening of love with four sensual courses. The aperitif is followed by a first kiss with Glen Douglas salmon, followed by a warm prelude of scallops. After the main act, the veal fillet, forbidden fruits provide a sweet aftermath on the plate. The sommeliers offer a wine accompaniment. However, you can also enjoy à la carte as usual on this evening.
